Shipping policy

We currently sell our products in the UK, US and EU.

For the UK, we provide 1st (£4.99) and 2nd (£2.99) class shipping. Get free 2nd class shipping if you spend over £60.

For Europe, we use the Royal Mail International Tracked service. Shipping is £12.50.

For the US, we use the Royal Mail International Tracked service - shipping is calculated at the checkout.

We aim to create a preview of your personalised artwork within 1-3 days from when your order has been placed. The preview will then be sent to your email. You can request unlimited revisions.

Once you approve your preview, we will print & hand-foil your artwork at our Surrey studio. This process takes 1-2 business days.

Your print will be then shipped and delivered to your address in 1-3 business days in the UK, 3-7 business days in the EU and 5-9 business days in the US.

Please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 days extra due to delays in the carrier or if we have an unusually high volume of orders.

Shipping times will be extended if you request any revisions to your design.
