Really lovely quality hand and footprint keepsake for our newborn. It arrived promptly and looks beautiful. There was a slight issue with the font, but the customer service was fantastic and sorted it out for us in no time. I ordered my artwork around 1 month postpartum! However with feeding issues and hospital stays I somehow lost the email so couldn’t send off the pictures. I found them on insta and messaged and asked for my artwork to be sorted and they sorted it out for me with no issue!
It arrived within a week of the message and it is beautiful! I couldn’t reccomend this company more!
The finish product is amazing, and such a good keepsake. We have hung this in our hallway. Although my foot and hand prints were questionable, the team ensured the foil was perfect and removed any imperfections. It was great to see the prototype before. Thank you so much!
