Returns / Exchanges

As all our artworks are custom-made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds.

Baby Print Orders – Submission Timeframe

For baby print artworks, we send an inkless print kit as part of your order (UK & EU only). We kindly ask that you send us a clear photo of the completed prints within 30 days of receiving the kit.

If we don’t receive your print photo after 30 days, your order will be placed on hold (applies to UK, EU & US orders). We will send follow-up reminders, but if we still haven’t received your photo within 2 months from your order date, the order will be considered fulfilled and closed. At this stage, we are no longer able to offer a refund.

This is because the product is custom-made and we have already committed time, materials and costs to your order. If you need more time, just let us know within that 2-month window. We're always happy to help if we know you're still working on it.

Damages and issues

In the unlikely event that your print or frame is damaged, you will need to report this within one week from the received delivery. All queries should be sent to team@morethanfoil.com. Please include an image of the product as well as of the package.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is incorrect or considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment may be returned to us or may be delivered to an incorrect location. If the parcel is returned back to us, we can re-ship it to the correct address for an additional shipping fee. If the parcel is lost due to the incorrect address and you want to be sent another print/frame with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Making a change to your order

You can make changes to it up to 6 hours after you have placed your order. Please email us at team@morethanfoil.com with the changes you wish to make.
