About Our Artworks

Where are your artworks made?

All of our artworks are crafted to order in our studio in Surrey, UK.

What print sizes do you offer?

We offer our print in A4 (21x29.7cm) and A3 (29.7x42cm).

What cardstock do you use?

All prints are printed on 220-300gsm premium smooth cardstock.

Are frames included?

No, frames are sold separately. You can add them to your order at the top of the product page. We offer frames which come in either wood, white or black.

What materials do you use for your frames?

Frames are made in Yorkshire, UK from solid wood and come in Black, White or Natural Wood light grain textured finish. The frame moulding is 22mm wide and 22mm deep.


For UK orders, frames come fitted with real glass. For international orders, we use quality acrylic glass for safety reasons.

Artworks with Inkless Kit

How does it work?

Place your order, receive the inkless kit, take your baby’s prints at home, upload them using the QR code, then approve your preview before we create your final artwork.

How long does it take?

You will receive your kit 1 to 4 days after purchase, depending on your selected shipping method.

Once you upload your prints, you will receive a preview in 1 to 3 days to your email.

When approved, your artwork is crafted and shipped within 1 to 3 business days and delivered according to your selected shipping method.

Is the inkless kit safe for babies?

Yes, our inkless kits are completely non-toxic and safe to use. Developed in the USA to footprint newborn babies in hospitals.

Do I need to ship the kit back to you?

No, simply scan the QR code in your kit to upload photos of your prints with your phone.

What if my prints aren’t perfect?

No problem! Our talented design team cleans and enhances every print so they look their best. We can also send you another kit if needed for a small fee.

Is the final artwork true to size?

Yes! The size of the Magic Paper in your kit acts as a reference, allowing us to scale your prints to their real size in the final artwork.

Is this suitable for older babies or children?

Yes, we can create artwork from prints at any age.

Can I use existing prints?

Yes! If you already have prints, just send us a message using the chat function and we will let you know the next steps.

Other Personalised Artworks

How does it work & how long does it take?

Simply select your print size & whether you want to include a frame. Then fill out all customisations, add your items to cart and check out.

We will create a preview of your custom print in 1-3 days and send it to your email. At this point, you can request any revisions.

Once you approve your preview, we will print & foil your artwork at our Surrey studio. This process takes 1-2 business days.

Your print will be then shipped and delivered to your address in 1-3 business days.

Will I receive a preview of the artwork before it's printed?

We always send you a preview of your artwork before it's printed and foiled. You can request any revisions at the preview stage as well.

Payment & Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within the UK, Europe & USA.

How much is shipping?

For UK, we offer 2nd class shippping for £2.99 or 1st class for £4.99. Spend over £60 and get free 2nd class shipping!

For Europe, we use Royal Mail International Tracked service. Shipping is £12.50.

For USA, we use Royal Mail International Tracked service. Shipping is $22.00

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

If you submitted an order with us but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us at team@morethanfoil.com to see if we have received an order in your name.

We're happy to change the email address for you and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express payment cards or with PayPal.

Returns & Other

I've make a mistake in my order, can you change it?

You can make changes up to 6 hours after you have placed your order. Please email us at team@morethanfoil.com with the changes you wish to make.

Who do I contact if there is a problem with my order?

Can I return my print?

As all our artworks are custom made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless your print arrived damaged. Learn more here.
