The kit does include step-by-step instructions, so we’d genuinely love to understand which part you found confusing so we can continue improving them for future customers.

Regarding the price, all of our pricing is shown clearly on our website before purchase, allowing customers to decide whether it’s the right fit for them. We believe our prices fairly reflect the work involved in creating each bespoke artwork, from the design process through to the specialist foiling equipment, materials and craftsmanship required to produce every piece by hand. We’re sorry that you didn’t feel it represented good value.
